Killer Italian Bread Dip

1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon of dried basil
1 tablespoon of dried parsley
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1 tablespoon of rosemary
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
Directions
1.) Use a spice or coffee grinder and grind together the dried herbs, garlic powder, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.
2.) Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of the herb mixture onto a small dipping saucer. Pour a thin layer of the olive oil on top and serve.
3.) Store remaining mixture in an airtight container.Makes about ½ cup. Feel free to double or triple the recipe to serve for a group of people.
